Shipping Policy
Our goal is to get your order to you on time and in excellent condition. We offer standard (3-7 business days), Next Day (order placed before 2:00 PM PDT), 2nd Day (delivery by 5 PM on the 2nd business day), and 3rd Day Select (excluding Saturday) delivery via UPS. Please note that we cannot ship to APO/PO addresses.
All orders placed before 3pm PST Monday to Friday will be processed by the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be processed by the following Monday.
Customs Charges
For delivery to Canada and International destinations you may be expected to pay a customs tax or duty on your order when it arrives. Since the amount you may be required to pay varies on the specific custom laws of each country, we have no way of determining what the amount may be. If you have any questions regarding duty or customs charges, please contact your local customs official or post office.
Tracking Your Order
At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS Ship Notification via email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the delivery of your order. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. If you do not have access to this email, you may also contact KVAL Parts Representative at 1 (800) 553-5825.
