THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use, but not the names, addresses or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our Website. For example, we compile statistics that show the numbers and frequency of visitors to our Web Site and its individual pages. In each of the instances above, we typically ask for your name, email address, phone number, address, law practice information, product preference information, as well as other similar personal information that is needed to register or subscribe you to services or offers. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

KVAL only uses your personal information for specific purposes.

The personal information you provide to us when using our Website, such as your name, postal or email address or telephone number will be kept confidential and used to support your customer relationship with KVAL, and to notify you of special offers, updated information and new products and services from KVAL, or offers from third parties that we think may be of interest to you. Agents or contractors of KVAL who are given access to your personal information will be required to keep the information confidential and not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for KVAL.

We will send you information about our various products and services, or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you. Only KVAL (or agents or contractors working on behalf of KVAL and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these direct mailings. SECURITY POLICY

1. We use the best security technology available.
Our order system uses full SSL encryption the whole time you are shopping. You will not see the encryption icon in the status bar until you reach the point where you enter your credit card information. This is because the beginning transaction pages are displayed inside a frame on a non-encrypted page. The encrypted transaction pages displayed inside the frame are sent to the browser with full 128 bit (or whatever strength your browser supports) encryption. To verify this, just view the page properties of any of the transaction system screens starting with the credit card entry screen. 2. We protect your personal information.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

3. The Internet is safe!
When you compare the Internet to other retail channels in terms of credit card security. It would be easier for a thief to steal your credit card information from a carbon copy of a receipt or by tapping your telephone line than it would be for a thief to intercept an on-line transaction on our order system.

4. You are protected by Federal Law.
The chances are very unlikely that you would ever have your credit card information stolen on the Internet. In most cases, the Truth in Lending Act limits your liability for unauthorized credit card charges to $50 per card. The Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) establishes procedures for resolving billing errors on your credit card accounts. This includes fraudulent charges on your accounts.
