| It is important for you to know you are not required to participate in the Advantage program to get free support. KVAL will continue to provide free technical phone support for up to 15 minutes per incident even if you choose not to sign up for the Advantage program. For complex problems that require more than 15 minutes we will charge $50 if you are not an Advantage participant. Older machines, produced before 1990, will cost $125 per incident if more than 15 minutes are required and you are not in the Advantage program. |
