SECURITY POLICY

1. We use the best security technology available.
Our order system uses full SSL encryption the whole time you are shopping. You will not see the encryption icon in the status bar until you reach the point where you enter your credit card information. This is because the beginning transaction pages are displayed inside a frame on a non-encrypted page. The encrypted transaction pages displayed inside the frame are sent to the browser with full 128 bit (or whatever strength your browser supports) encryption. To verify this, just view the page properties of any of the transaction system screens starting with the credit card entry screen. 2. We protect your personal information.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

3. The Internet is safe!
When you compare the Internet to other retail channels in terms of credit card security. It would be easier for a thief to steal your credit card information from a carbon copy of a receipt or by tapping your telephone line than it would be for a thief to intercept an on-line transaction on our order system.

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to get your order to you on time and in excellent condition. We offer standard (3-7 business days), Next Day (order placed before 1 PM PST), 2nd Day (delivery by 5 PM on the 2nd business day), and 3rd Day Select (excluding Saturday) delivery via UPS. Please note that we cannot ship to APO/PO addresses.

All orders placed before 3pm PST Monday to Friday will be processed by the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be processed by the following Monday.

Customs Charges

For delivery to Canada and International Destinations you may be expected to pay a customs tax or duty on your order when it arrives. Since the amount you may be required to pay varies on the specific custom laws of each country, we have no way of determining what the amount may be. If you have any questions regarding duty or customs charges, please contact your local customs official or post office.

Tracking Your Order

At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS Ship Notification via email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the delivery of your order. Fax Us the RMA Form - Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form and fax it to KVAL at (707) 347-1861 within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Restocking Fee - Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping Fees - The customer is responsible for charges required to ship return items back to KVAL.

Acceptance of Return - We can only accept items for a return if they are still in their original packaging and in undamaged, re-sellable condition.
Refund Turnaround Time - Refunds usually take from 3 to 10 business days to process. The refund will be issued to the credit card the customer used to purchase the product.
KVAL Errors - If the item must be returned because we shipped the wrong item, then please call our customer service line immediately and arrange for re-shipment of the correct product. KVAL Customer Service will arrange for UPS to pick up the incorrect shipment at our expense.
Customer Errors - If the item is to be returned due to customer ordering error, the customer must return the item to KVAL or the shipper of origin at its expense.
Shipper Errors - We recommend that the customer insure return shipments if there is any doubt that the product will be accepted in saleable condition at the KVAL E-Commerce warehouse. Occasionally, UPS or FedEx will damage a package, lose a shipment, or send an item to the wrong address. Please insure return shipments.
